- Check product availability
- Review your submitted camera-ready artwork
- Inform you of any imprint issues
- Advise of delivery time
- Within 3-5 business days you will receive an e-mail proof for approval showing the artwork with placement on your selected item
- Proof approval form must be returned within 24 hours to not impact your estimated delivery date
- Any modifications to artwork or order must be noted on the returned proof approval form
- Late approvals will require special handling and expedited shipment to maintain the estimated delivery date. Rush charges may apply
- Upon receipt of approval form the product will be sent to production for decoration (imprinting, screen printing, embroidery, etc.)
We can produce an actual proof of your selected item with imprinting prior to running your entire order. We recommend this on all orders where time permits. Pre-production proofs typically incur an additional charge for screens and setups plus the cost of the item. This process can add 5-10 days to the order process.
After the product has been imprinted (according to the faxed proof) no product returns will be accepted. Because of the nature of imprinted merchandise, product cannot be returned after customization. Normal production is usually 2-3 weeks. Please contact your customer service representative to discuss expediting services.
Camera-ready artwork: This is color or black and white laser printed artwork of 1200 dpi or higher in EPS (encapsulated post script) or AI (Adobe Illustrator) format. All text to be submitted in outline (vector art) when possible. The following artwork is not considered camera-ready: photographs, slides, transparencies, negative stats or films that need to be reversed to positive, halftone art that needs to be resized, low resolution laser printed artwork of less than 1200 dpi (we recommend sending black and white 1200 dpi laser prints at 200% larger than actual size), photocopies, faxed art, letterhead, business cards, Web images or any other art that needs to be touched-up, color separated, or multi-color art to be made one-color or otherwise improved. Stats, PMTs or computer scans of the above are not considered camera-ready. Other than camera- ready submissions will require additional charges and delays to production.
